Dairy

Making dinner with our family means a little extra effort with a kid who can't have dairy. 

No one besides Mom and Dad remember, too. We have to be really careful what everyone else tries to feed him (because he will eat ANYTHING...and then I get the laundry). 

Here's a glimpse of what I tried to do with sour cream enchiladas last week to accommodate everyone. 


Truthfully, besides the cost of almond milk, it's not hard. Just means being creative. 

But it does mean I make extra side dishes for sure.
